• Visited to location/company to do survey and collect data, conduct interviews with users, how SOP manual users during this time is. Come to location(6+ times)
• Analyze data & create erd, dfd, database relation, flowchat, use case, class diagram, etc, analyze users level/access module every users level, develop, socialization, maintenance system
• Setup & install project to LAN (Local Area Network)

• Members registration of cooperative members
• Saving proccess : After registration, members will continue to payment. Which consists of : principal savings, mandatory savings, voluntary savings
• Loans proccess : In this process, the amount of the members loan will be adjusted to the amount of the members savings and to get interest loan member, it's depends of loan type members
• Installments proccess : In this process, record member loan installment payments and automatically, system will display (installment amount, installment period and late charge the members - readonly)
• Accounting proccess : consist of COA, journaling, daily journal reports, general ledger, trial balance, profit and loss, posting (close balance)
• Buying and selling cooperative goods proccess
