- Visited to location/company to do survey and collect data, conduct interviews with users, learn how SOP manual users during this time. Come (8+ times)
- Analyze data & create erd, dfd, database relation, flowchat, use case, class diagram, etc, analyze users level/access module every users level, develop, socialization, maintenance system
- Setup project to 5 location database intgration

- Entity consist of(Customers,Customer Guarantee,Deposit Type, COA)
- Process Contract : Recording customer loans by calculating the price of the customer's collateral vehicle to get the customer's monthly installment amount
- Installments proccess : In this process, record member loan installment payments and automatically, system will display (installment amount, installment period and late charge the members - readonly)
- Deposit Process : The customers can make deposits
- Debt repayment Process : The customer makes a settlement payment, in which in this process an installment discount and penalty will be given
